If you're not satisfied with your map, simply return it within 30 days and once the map has returned to our workshop, a full refund will be remitted. Origin Maps does not cover the return postage cost.

In the unlikely event that your map arrives damaged please take pictures and get in contact with us. We will then send you a full replacement at no extra cost.

If it's just the frame that is damaged we can alternatively find a framing store that is local to you and fully reimburse you for the reframing cost.
